Crystal Microdermabrasion

Crystal microdermabrasion is an advanced, deep exfoliation treatment that uses micro-crystals to buff away dead cells, fine lines and blemishes, revealing a newly radiant complexion. The treatment is completely safe and is suitable for treatment of most skin types and a variety of common skin concerns.

At face etc… medispa we use the Crystal Clear system for all of our crystal microdermabrasion treatments. The Crystal Clear system delicately dusts the skin in a controlled stream of ultra-fine crystals which are instantaneously vacuumed away from the skin, along with the exfoliated dead skin cells and dirt. Pores are unblocked and refined, with skin left bright, glowing and radiant.

Skin is thoroughly cleansed before our Crystal Clear microdermabrasion system is used to blast away dead skin, fine lines and blemishes. Following deep exfoliation, the Crystal Clear Deluxe treatment concludes with a fabulous firming mask* to quench the skin with moisture and leave your newly radiant complexion smooth and glowing.

*Not included within the ‘Crystal Clear Flash’ treatment.

For maximum effect, a course of treatments are recommended, but benefits are visible after a single treatment. With the top layer of dead skin gently removed, your complexion will appear fresher, brighter and more radiant, with fine lines reduced and skin tone evened.

Whilst it is not intended to be a relaxing facial, most clients find crystal microdermabrasion treatment to be comfortable and highly therapeutic thanks to the ‘deeply cleansing’ combination of gentle exfoliation and vacuuming.

Crystal microdermabrasion treatment is non-invasive and painless. Immediately after treatment your skin may appear slightly flushed; however this will very quickly subside to a healthy glow.
